Beta 13 Fresh Install Isue

on first upload of all files

i browsed folder in which i uploaded beta 13 and for some reason it redirected to to 1and1 affiliate page

after install i get this

found the issue i left $config['baseurl'] as default

check your config.php (the root) the two last session leave it alone (/core) it should show the graphic anyway, in this config.php just modify the first option that's all the rest of them just say hi )
