Did you upload the .htaccess (or web.config for IIS) file in forum root? vBulletin 5 Connect needs a mod_rewrite to find the URLs.
No private support, only PM me when I ask for it. Support in the forums only.

Usually there are only two topics which can cause this problem which are wrong URLs in the frontend config.php or missing mod_rewrite rules. Could you show me your frontend config.php?

Actually I have no idea knowledge of web.config file but I absolutely uploaded it.

Do I need to fix a web.config? or need one more .htaccess?

That are two different files. One file is web.config (for IIS mod-rewrite) and the other file is .htaccess (for apache). So please upload the .htaccess file to your forum root which you will find in the package.

Do I need to fix a web.config? or need one more .htaccess?
The web.config file is for the URL Rewrite Module of IIS. If you're not using the URL Rewrite Module with IIS, then you need to upload the .htaccess file in your upload directory. If you do not see the .htaccess file then you need to consult the documentation for your OS so that it shows hidden files.
