    Can't access AdminCP

I was able to access it once after installation of a clean vb5, but now when I try to login to the admincp after I enter my password it takes me to a blank page 'forum.com/vb5/login.php?do=login' and does nothing.

I already uploaded the new config.php from the sticky here and still the same results.

    Any Ideas?

Check your strikes table. Empty it if your IP is in there.

Nope, same issue though it always puts a strike in there when I try to log in with the correct password. Is that normal?

No, it shouldn't strike you for using the correct password. Strange..

Indeed very strange.. I know its the correct password too, being that its a test I put something like 123123 lol. It lets me login to the forums, just not the admincp...

Did you change the name of the folder for the admincp?

What URL are you using to access your admincp?

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.

The one at the bottom of the forum 'url.com/vb5/admincp'

And when you entered the Forum URL during installation, it ended with /core? Did you make any changes in the admincp when you first had access? If so, what?

Yes it had core at the end, I can see it in phpmyadmin.. The only change I made was to turn on Plugins/Hooks.

Im thinking of just deleting the installation and trying again to see what happens

Can you disable plugins via the /core/includes/config.php file?

A new installation fixed it... Everything done the same way. So no idea what caused that issue. New issue though, but solved by deleting all mod_security rules
