Are you upgrading from vB5 Beta 10 to Beta 11?

vB5 is unequivocally the best forum software, but not yet...

That was a mistake to upgrade your 4.1 to 5.
The instruction says that you can INSTALL vB 5 Beta only to a clear folder.
Try to upload your 4.1 backup files and database and continue using it instead of 5 Beta.

        Edit:
i bought upgrade from vb4 to vb5 so i cant do a clean install true? i dont know what to do
You can INSTALL vB5 Beta but cannot upgrade vB 4.x to it

You can upgrade to the latest version of vBulletin 5 Connect from the following vBulletin versions:
          • Any version of vBulletin 4, from version 4.0.0 Beta 1 to the latest version.

          https://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/ so this is false?

          - - - Updated - - -

Please wait for a staff member to explain to you what you can or cannot do with your vB5 license.

Do not upload vBulletin 5 over your vBulletin 4 installation. The folder structure has drastically changed. Only place vBulletin 5 in a clean and empty folder to test and deploy your upgrade
            .

Just wondering, how come you upgraded to MySQL 5.5.x, why didn't you just upgrade on 5.1.x ?

Minimum MySQL requirements for vBulletin 5 is version 5.1.5. You had the possibility to use 5.1 to run vB5.
