Template is broken

Hello,

My forum's homepage template Latest Activity Stream appears to be broken. When I try to edit the page, the Latest Activity Stream shows the front page of our main website. There's no way to delete this module from the template. I believe this may be causing the issue of things being thrown to our main site home page. Such as - when trying the "forgot password" feature, tabbing out of the field sends the user to our main website's homepage.

Any help is much appreciated.

I am on version 5.1.4.

It looks like I have solved this. The problem was an error in the code for our active notice.
