Takes very long to load, and never loads at all

i finally manage to install vb5 without any errors. However i'm faced with a new problem. i login to my main site, and click on "edit siten" and it takes very long to load, and never loads at all. What's the error here? please help!

Contact your host if you don't have root access and/or don't know how to change things on your server.

This is related to CSS and not something that should be in your server's error log. This is also logged as a warning. Generally speaking warnings do not halt execution. However if you have any fatal errors related to javascript, they would help.
