a all lot of troubles after installation

i Have No problem during The Installation.
1) After The Installation, I Have A Blank Page In "admincp".
I Try To Use This File "makeconfig.php"
And I Get The Same Result.
2)I Get Error 404 On Any Link In My Web Site.
3) I Can't Add A New Language,
This Is My Error Code

You cannot add a language to vB5. You will get an error if you try to.
