Network Error (tcp_error)

I'm getting "Network Error (tcp_error)" message when i try to run the upgrade.

any clue what causing this issue?

now i'm getting
Fatal error: Class 'vB_Db_MYSQL_QueryDefs' not found in /home/-/public_html/vb5/core/vb/db/query.php on line 257

Did you try to call up the upgrade script directly with /install/upgrade.php ?

I solve it, the problem was i did not upload some files correctly.
