I can not install fresh copy vb5.1.3:
I get this error as shown in attached picture
I read all your forum about this problem but not find my answer .
I buy your script to have a forum like your forum so I think I must can install it and have my forum.
please help to install it

I read it before it not work for me and in new download the file has @ in begin of line
