    Moving VBB to another domain

    hi All

    I would like to move my VBB in 5.04 to another domain as
    1. Copy all file from old domain to new domain
    2. Modify config file in core/includes
    3. backup and copy data to new domain.
    4. but I got empty page
    You can get it in www.bsdinsight.com/forum. Please help me to fix it.

    (I changed config file in

    $config['Database']['dbname'] = 'my database in new domain';
    $config['MasterServer']['username'] = 'my user in new domain';
    $config['MasterServer']['password'] = 'password';
    $config['Misc']['forumpath'] = '/home/'my user name'/public_html/forum';
    $config['Misc']['baseurl'] = 'http://www.bsdinsight.com/forum';

    )

    I checked the page of the admin panel works,, so go to Settings-> Options-> Site Name / address / contact details and enter the details of the new domain in the case had changed. You should clear your cache and domain cookies. You may do so by executing the file tools.php, placing it in the folder core / install via FTP, try and let us know if you have solved.

          Have you used the file tools.php? You can also try cleaning the cache from the admin panel under the heading Maintenance-> Clear the cache system

              Have you renamed the file config.php.bkp in config.php? 've edited this string in the config.php file in core / includes?

              PHP Code:
              $config['Misc']['forumpath'] = 'c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\vb3';
              $config['Misc']['forumpath'] = ''

                    I would like you to do a test, you can rename the file .htaccess? I think the problem is that. Let me know how it went?
