Rewrite not working

I am at wits end here. I have double checked configs, reuploaded files, verified mod_rewrite is on, verified .htaccess file is in the correct space, searched google/forums... I can not get my site to function properly: http://www.pghce.com/

Where do I go from here?

Never mind I am an idiot. I must not have saved the httpd.conf file to enable AllowOveride
