getting a list of a topics

if i need to get a list of all Forums in all the channels or a list of all topics in all the channels/forums how do i do this?
will i use the php module and write a code to look thru the database, or modify channel module or use a search json query?
ha i forgot to add that i will like to have the url together with the topics/forum

Use the search module. Set the parameters until you get what you want.
