I've made a simple but effective hook to show three buttons in the lower right corner of the forum.
I've use the standard buttons of vBulletin, so they are in the default style and integrate nicely. Also I've used the vB Phrases so it can be used with every language.
To make them appear:

- Go to AdminCP -> Style Manager -> Add New Template
- Give the template the Title float_buttons
- Paste the following code in it: Code:

- Press 'Save'
- Go to Products & Hooks -> Manage Hooks -> Add New Hook
- Select for hook location footer_end
- Give it a Title for example Floating Buttons
- Fill out float_buttons in the field 'Template Name'
- Press Save
