Forum URLs not working & Problem in running the Upgrade script

I am using vbulletin5 for sometime and i have many times upgraded my forum successfully. This time, when I uploaded/replaced the contents of upload folder, the uprade.php url, didn't work as expected. I have turned debugging on and some errors are visible.

Moreover, all of a sudden, no forum URL is working anymore and some errors are displayed.
Here is the error info that is displayed on forum URLs
    Debug: Error

The install/upgrade.php urls also shows same error.

Kindly help me in both issues,

Reupload all the files. If you have deleted your previous .htaccess file, then make sure to rename the htaccess.txt file to .htaccess.

The install/upgrade.php urls also shows same error.
This means the /core/install directory doesn't exist.

The install directory exists, I confirm

and I have done renaming the htaccess & file reupload - as a precaution

But the error persists - no URL resolves actually. same error

I don't know why it isn't working then. I would need a support ticket so I can view the file structure on your server directly via sftp.

Your ticket was replied to. I would suggest replacing the files with 5.5.0 and upgrading to that until your hosting provider can update PHP to a version that is supported.
