I received the following error immediately after submitting a post. The post did not go, but did post without any issue after that.

I don't see anything inherently wrong with the query. The system does try to prevent duplicate posts and if the button is pressed twice or packets are lost, then duplicate attempts can be made.Translations provided by Google.

Receive this error when trying to comment on a post. After refreshing the page, the comment is there. So it works, just displays an error..
