You'd need someone who uses Arabic or another RTL language and has a keyboard and character set for that purpose to translate. vBulletin was looking to hire someone for this purpose at one time. I'm not privy to whether or not anyone was hired.

There is a setting to determine RTL in the Language Manager when you edit a language's settings.
You should not directly edit the language files that we ship with the software. You should do your edits through the Language Manager.Translations provided by Google.

- You go to Languages & Phrases -> Language Manager.
- You click on "Edit Settings" for your Language.
- You set "Text Direction" to "Right to Left"
- You save the settings at the bottom of the page.

by habanero68Hello. After you installed the new version in my host, the Spanish language moves to the right and English moves to the left, as that problem is solved.
