Moving forum files to new directory on server

We need to move our forum files From: forums.mycompany.com/forums
To: forums.mycompany.com

What is all involved? Is just copying all the files from one directory to another and then changing in AdminCP the URL's for
vBulletin URL
Login URL
Core URL

And then clear the cache is all that needs to be done?

Or is there more to do and a better way to do it?
We are using version 5.4.4

Moving the files and updating the URLs is all you should have to do.
