Changed URL's in Admincp now locked out. Workaround?

Well long story short, we were adding a subdomain to our forums URL. Made changes to:
    vBulletin URL
    Login URL
    Core URL
    Cleared the Cache

Made a mistake in the URL and now cannot get into forum and Admincp to undo it.
Will using Tools.php allow us to change all 3 of those URL's?
Or do we need to edit a file?

Yes we made a backup of the VM before we made changes but restoring this VM snapshot does not update these settings.
At this point I just need to get back in and the forum back up quickly since it will be down over night i suspect.

We are currently running version 5.4.4

    Thanks
    Ron

upload the install director as well as the tools.php which is in the do not upload folder. run tools with and you can change the URL back to what it needs to be.

      1. Upload the /core/install directory from your vBulletin package.
      2. Upload tools.php into /core/install. This file can be found in the do_not_upload folder in your vBulletin Package.
      3. Load tools.php into your browser. yoursite.com/vbulletinpath/core/install/tools.php
      4. Enter your customer number.
      5. On the next menu update your forum location.
      6. Delete /core/install from your server when done.
