    Is this a custom theme?

You will probably have to change the profile_section_text_color style variable to work with your style.
    1. In your AdminCP go to Styles -> Style Manager.
    2. Select "Style Variable Editor" from the "Choose Action" drop down for the Style that you want to change.
    3. Type profile_section_text_color into the search box.
    4. Click on the title of the style variable in the list of style variables under the search box.
    5. In the right side, either type in the color code you want to use or click on the color swatch (box to the right of the color code) to select a new color.
    6. Save the style variable.

Looking at your site, the font size for those labels is 0 pixels. You should edit the profile_section_font style variable and make sure the font size is something readable like 1.4rem or 14px.

Its inheriting from something you have hidden by stating 0px somewhere. Specifying a value other than inherit will allow it to stand on its own.
