Problem with registeration

guests are unable to register,

I tried to register and gets this message in debugging mode:

The Welcome PM option under Settings -> Options -> User Registration Options has a valid user name in it? Just one user name.

Hello Wayne,

Yes i am specifying just one true user name, with prepared title and message.

Also the user groups permission to accept pm is allowed

Problem with registration still continuous

after a while, they will be registered but they will not know as they get message error!

I think the problem is related to Avatars also (only default avatar that shows - other custom is broken)

Don't know why they are getting the message. What is the username in the field?
