    Why this error?

As from the video, and the writing that appears on the page of my hosting says: "Code 403 indicates that access to an ile or crtella has been denied; it can be generated by a configuration, desired or incorrect present in the htaccess or by an incorrect setting of file permissions."

This kind of error is commonly caused by having a tool like mod_security installed on the server. It will allow forms with HTML to be submitted under a specific size and disallow larger submissions because of perceived security threats. Without looking at the HTTP log where the 403 error is logged, we can't tell you why the server returned the error. It is not an error that we would return in that situation within the AdminCP.

vBulletin errors will always show the error inline. They will not redirect you to a server page created by your Hosting Provider.

Thanks, but I don't understand why he does it only with two phrases, I updated about 80 of them.

Something in the content of those phrases is triggering a security rule.

Too many variables involved (length of phrase, HTML involved, server configuration, the rules of your specific server) and not enough information provided for us to answer this. The best source of information on why that form submissions is being forbidden is your hosting provider.
