That isn't what I asked. I asked "What is the URL of the link?" When you hover over the link, what does it say?

I don't like to repeat things a hundred times, I have already written that when I click on Ban User, I get the error and on the address bar of the browser, the link I entered previously appears. Sorry, you should be telling me in which link you point after clicking on Ban User, you are the one who develops the software, ask the developer.Comment

We asked for simple information. We cannot be certain the link on your site is the same as on our sites because the product is visual source and it could have been changed. It could also be an addon that interferes with the links or that you've improperly renamed a directory that is being looked for. This is why we asked for you to verify the URL that you're looking for. If you don't want to answer our questions, we cannot provide the support that you're looking for.Translations provided by Google.

You are the only member of your forum. Are you trying to ban yourself? We're all confused by what it is you are trying to do. It's not that no one wants to help.Comment

It should be pointing to /forum/modcp/banning.php when you hover over the Ban User function. If it is pointing to another location that is the issue.Comment
