[Bug / Issue] Can you check this error?

In practice, if I click on the link I still have a blank page, but if I copy / paste in the browser it works. Thank you.

    "This video is unavailable".

It is really a better practice to describe your error in text and write out the steps to recreate in a post here. Create a video if you wish, but we still require the text. Videos rarely tell us what is causing the issue.

As stated. expressing your issue in text is the best course of action.

Panel admin-> Options-> Privacy Options-> COPPA registration system by clicking on the link -> http://www.vbulletin.com/go/coppa. If I click on the link, I get a blank page if I copy / paste the link and insert it into a browser.

That's a redirect to an external link over which we have no control.

I understand, but unlike other external links, I get a blank page.

The link loads for me. It should redirect to here: https://www.ftc.gov/tips-advice/busi...dren's-privacy

The United States Federal Government may have banned your country from accessing it. If you're not based in the US and not developing a site targeting children living in the US, then you do not need to worry about COPPA settings. Just disable it.

Ok, thanks, at least I can explain it to users who will use my Italian translation.
