    Error information: " 0 error "

The error message came out after keying in the user name.
Could anyone know how to solve the problem?

    Thank you.

Do you, by any chance, have the content slider module on the index page with no featured content?

The only thing that I can see that is wrong is the the referrer URL is doubled up and incorrect. I get this on your site:
        https://www.gsg9.tw/register?urlpath...ister?urlpath=[ARG:2%20UNDEFINED]

You would have to see why the query string is being doubled by the web server.

I cannot recreate this problem on your server. When I tab out of the username field, the checkusername API function works properly.

          Thanks for your assistance.

I’ve fixed the query string issue. However, the error message is still exist.

Does this issue happen using the English language?

Without a ticket in our support system that grants access to the server in English, I don't know what is causing the error. The server simply isn't returning anything in the result. It should return true or false.

We don't provide support via Private Message unless we ask you to contact us that way.
