The Users Awaiting Moderation list in AdminCP displays only the first 25 entries. There are no pagination controls to view entrees beyond that number.

If there isn't a Next Page button, you can see this under Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager. Select "Show Primary Members" from the drop down showing Edit Usergroup.Translations provided by Google.
