    Blog page format

The blog page that I see, looks very much like the pages for the forums and groups. Is there a page template that looks a bit different? Also while I”m here, I notice there’s a vBulletin Connect and vBulletin 5. What is the difference between what we have and vBulletin 5 Connect? Thanks.

Blogs use the same basic format as other content. What specifically are you trying to change?

vBulletin Connect is the current product. Its current version is 5.5.0 and it comes in Download (You Host) and Cloud (We Host) variants.

I guess I was expecting to see something that looked more like other blog pages, the most current text is at the top and looks like a journal entry. Here's a couple of examples. The page I see is just a listing of entries, just like the forums.

If you go to a specific blog page (that lists all the entries) then you can:
        1. Click Edit Page in the Site Builder Menu.
        2. Edit the Blog Channel Display Module on this page.
        3. For "Tab" order drag the "Latest Activity" tab to the top.
        4. For Default Tab, set it to "Latest Activity".
        5. Set the "Latest Activity Date Range" option to All Time.
        6. Save the Module.
        7. Save the Page.
        8. All other blogs will inherit these changes as long as you are not using Custom Templates.

This won't show the complete contents of ever blog entry in the list but it will be closer to what you want.
