Can users delete their account?

I actually thought there is an option like this, but I can't find it anywhere, so I have to ask you guys here
Can users in my forum delete their account on their own?
If not, is there an option like this coming in feature VB versions?

If you are using the Privacy Consent Options and the user withdraws consent, then their account will be deleted after XX days. If you're using vBulletin 5.5.0, You can set the XX days value in the AdminCP under Settings -> Options -> Privacy Options. Otherwise XX is 3 days.

This is probably outside the scope of vBulletin but the GDPR is not retroactive. Ex post facto law is still illegal.

In other words you're under no obligation to delete data obtained before the GDPR became law on May 25th, 2018.

If you want to allow that option that's a different issue.

If they want to withdraw consent then their account will be deleted. This doesn't delete the content they created. How you handle that content would be determined by your privacy policy, your terms of use agreement, and the laws of your principality.
