recaptcha in admincp. I see that vbulletin 5 brings recaptcha in different sections which I think is fine but it does not bring it in the most important panel that is the login session of the administrator. Is there any way of editing that can be added?

Adding Recaptcha to the AdminCP login would not provide any benefit. Recaptcha does not add security to the system. It simply works to deter bots from creating accounts and content on your site. That is different from security.
As stated above, if you want to secure your AdminCP and Administrator/Moderator actions, you should enable the Multi-Factor Authentication.Translations provided by Google.
