in the Spanish language there are the signs of admiration and questioning in front of the phrase in inverted form. Vbulletin does not eliminate them and puts them in the url and that is very bad for SEO. How do I correct this error

These are the only characters that are forbidden in URLs - \/:*?"<>|&%.'#[]+=„“ and the space character.

These are removed. Additional characters will be encoded as HTML Entities per standard practice. Browsers will then display these as the proper character (if it is using a UTF-8 character set).

Changing this would require updating the code. You are welcome to create an Improvement Request and listing the characters you want to remove. Click the "Tracker" link in the header. Select the vBulletin 5 project and click the "Create Issue" button.
