The only way to resolve this at this time is to have your users older private messages.

There are messages but it is slow the same. Why does the Administrator group do not have this problem?

Loading the page would depend on the number of private messages that the user has in total. It isn't a usergroup issue.

With my administrator's account, he quickly loads. I have at least 50 messages. Instead with the user from the group (registred user) it has no message but the load is very slow. So the number of messages has nothing to do with it.

Can it be a conflict of permissions?

Not that I am aware of. If they didn't have permission to view, they would just get an error message. Without access to the site, database and an affected user, I can't really tell you what the problem is.

The problem is general for all users of the group (registred user). The problem was more serious when private messages were disabled for this group of users. Access to notifications was impossible. After activating private messages for the same group, navigation is improved.

                  * Private messages were turned off only for this group

We will need access to the server and database in order to determine what the issue is.

That means he doesn't have permission to view a single node that would appear in that location. I have no way of knowing which node that is.

As stated several times, we need access to the server, access to the database, and access to the problematic user to determine what the cause is. If there was some miracle answer that I could have given to resolve the issues, it would have been given already. To be honest, I still don't know what the problem is. To learn what the problem is I need access to the server, the database, and the user account experiencing the problem.
