    Missing PMs following Paid upgrade

    I have had a couple of reports of users complaining that their Private messages are all deleted.
    One user has 430 messages according to the PM dashboard, and I have removed the restriction that his usergroup has for PMs (It limits it to 100)
    He still says his PM's are empty, and that no one can send him a PM.

    I have not taken any action, as to be honest, I don't know what steps I should take.

    I had a paid upgrade from VB4 to VB5 on the 21st Jan.

    What can I do, or should I log a support ticket for an investigation ?

    You should follow up with the person that performed your upgrade. They can investigate. You should have received a ticket email when it was assigned.
