That is an error from the server so you should ask your hosts to investigate. The server error logs are the best starting point.

We would need to know the JSON causing the other issue. However, I suspect they are related. JSON responses must start with a { and if you're getting " Resource Limit Is Reached" then it doesn't start with a {.

You can see the full response by pressing F12 in your browser to open Developer Tools. Then clicking on the file in the Network Tab. The response will be on the Response tab for your file. You'll have to open Developer Tools before you get the error though. The system won't log actions until it is open.
