This is not enough information to allow us to help.
Has it ever worked?
When it broke what was changed either on the forum or the server?
What version of vBulletin?
What version of php?
What version of MySQL?

Work not
1. Upload the /core/install directory to your server.
2. Upload the tools.php to the /core/install/ directory. It can be found in the do_not_upload folder.
3. Load the file in your browser by going to https://www.xxxxxxx.be/core/install/tools.php
4. Log in with your Customer ID.
5. Choose the option to Restore Default Pages.
6. Choose the Forums Directory from this list.
7. Delete core/install from the server when done.
