Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager. Edit the Usergroup. Set the value for Time Limit for Editing Posts (hr).
You can do this on a channel by channel basis as well. Usergroups -> Channel Permissions.Translations provided by Google.

A user complained that he didn't have long enough to edit a post (and its title). Is there a setting for this that can be changed? -
We didn't make any changes to these permissions.
Usergroup settings are yes they can edit own posts, and 0 for unlimited time. But no edit ability appears on their posts. -
