I changed the settings of the URL on my site from /forums to /forums/forum and now I can't see anything. It's all text and I can't change it back. How can I fix this?

Upload the "install" folder into the /core directory.
Upload the "tools.php" file into the /core/admincp folder.
Navigate to the file using yoururl/core/admincp/tools.php
Enter your customer number.
Under "Other Tools" change the URL back.
Save.
Delete the "install" folder and the "tools.php" file from your server.

Well long story short, we were adding a subdomain to our forums URL. Made changes to:
vBulletin URL
Login URL
Core URL
Cleared the Cache
Made a mistake in the URL... -
