Are members able to create more than one blog? Even with all permissions set to yes, (channel permissions and main) as an Admin I can only make one blog. I don't see an option if I want to make another one with a different topic

Users are limited to owning one blog of their own. However, they can be made moderators and co-owners of other user's blogs.

How would you suggest that a user starts a new blog topic? Intermix it?

When they visit the Blog page, there should be a New Entry button. Clicking either of those should start a new blog entry. If the user hasn't created their personal blog yet, the same links will prompt them to create it and then allow them to create their blog entry.

In the Sub-navigation for the Blog page, there should be a link that says "Create a New Blog"

Yea I got all of that but like you said ALL users are only allowed to have one blog.

Thanks but I don't get the reasoning to just allow one topic (blog) per member account.

A blog is a channel... Users can have one BLOG channel. Within that channel, they can create as many Blog Entries as they want.

After they have created their Blog, they can click "New Blog Entry" and make 100 entries a day if they want to.
