Time to edit posts no longer option?

Previously we had set the time to edit posts, but that option seems to be missing or has moved?

The path we’re using is Admin CP > settings > options > message posting and editing options.

The option used to be directly under “Time Limit on editing topic title”. Ours now goes...

Minium time between posts
Time Limit I’m editing of topic title
Time to wait before starting to display ‘Last edited by’
....

Did the option get moved to usergroups or something?
