Attachments post limit ?

can Please, advise how I can increase administrator, or individual user attachments files per post limit, while standard amount for forum 5 files per post.

It is a Channel Permission. Maximum Attachments Per Post.

In the AdminCP go to Channel Management -> Channel Permissions. Edit the channels you want to increase the attachment level in. Or if you're not using custom channel permissions, change it in the Home Channel to apply the change globally.

the advise you give the way I understand if I want to increase the attachment I have to

Edit each channels i want to increase the attachment level or make global for all channel
what I would have like to know how increase attachment level for individual only admin MOD SMOD or user
is this possible?
