I have multiple empty sites on my message center from deleted messages. Effects inbox and sent items.General Update Tools/Update PM counts not solved that.

I don't know a way to resolve this. With the way Private messages are handled, you can't really delete them in vBulletin 5. This is due to the conversion to threaded topics. They behave just like any other topic. The only way to truly delete them is to use moderation tools which allow for Permanent Deletion. These tools aren't exposed to the average user.Translations provided by Google.

I've been testing a current VB 5.5.5, which is an upgrade from our 3.8x version.
I've seen others post about this, not sure of the fix, but there is a huge lag when an Admin clicks on Notifications... -
I am on a forum that recently upgraded to 5.6.5.

How do you reset the message count to 0? i have 1 message showing but nothing in the message center? i have another user which shows 7 messages but they have no new messages either?

why is it impossible to delete the messages in the trash can, I've clicked delete permanently nothing happens everytime wonder if I'm doing something wrong or should run something in the admin cp are... -
