I am using vB 5.4.5 and I want to disable to built in "like" button across all forums, how would I do this? I can't find a setting for it in the ACP

It is a usergroup permission. In the AdminCP, go to Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager. Edit a usergroup and set "Can Use Reputation" = No. Repeat for all usergroups.
If you have custom permissions on different channels, you have to update each channel individually.Translations provided by Google.

I dont know what to tell them. Some can see it and some can't when using Mobile. There should be a button that says ' Thanks' at the bottom of the 'Choose Action' drop-down.

Where is the setting to indicate that a Usergroup has the ability to use the LIKE feature?
Also, how do users RATE a Topic? -
I think most users see this "subscribe" and think it means I can click here and get notified of new post, etc in this channel. I think the button is meant for a paid subscription, I am not 100%...
