Translated emails to an RTL language are received aligned LTR

Hi team,

I have setup a translation of the

$vbphrase[activateaccount_gemailbody]

phrase to Hebrew (RTL language).

While testing it out, it appears as though the email is translated, but the alignment of the text in the received email is LTR instead of RTL as it should be.

Is there a specific tag I can add in the translation field of the phrase to fix that?

I've also tried enabling Encode as UTF-8 under Email Options but that didn't fix the issue, instead it messed up the title text.

There isn't a tag you could use. This is most likely a bug. Please create a bug report in the tracker.

I am logged in to the tracker system with this use but can't seem to find where to add a new bug, I just see a lot of statistics.
Am I missing something? Can you please direct me to where I can post this bug as it is quite an important one to fix - all e-mails sent are aligned wrong
