    [Bug / Issue] Channel Creation Issue

    Hi, I am on Vb5.4.4 (upgraded from Vb4.1.10). When i am trying to create a new channel from admin cp, The channel is only visible for admin. It's not visit to other users. I need to wait 1-2days later only the channel will be visible. May I know what should i do to make it visible as soon as i created the channel. I tried to use site builder to create channel but i got the saving error. anyone here have this experience. How to fix this? thanks

    Channels should be immediately available to all users with the proper permissions.

      when adding channel using site builder i get the error below

      when adding channel from admincp, no issue but the channel visible to normal user only few hours later
      1. Browser and Browser version used. tried on mac chrome, safari, firefox. ios safari, chrome
      2. Did you clear the browser cache and did the error continue? yes, error continue
      3. A list of steps that can be used to recreate the issue.
        1. site builder --> add channel --> save
        2. admincp --> add channel --> save
      4. If the issue is an Invalid Server response, the web server and PHP logs that correspond with its timestamp. no invalid server response

        Please include the complete list of steps used, including channel names, descriptions, order, etc...

        If the issue is an Invalid Server response, the web server and PHP logs that correspond with its timestamp. no invalid server response
        You're receiving a 500 server error. This is an "Invalid Response".
