Completely at a loss as how to start..(COMPLETE NEWBIE)

Can someone please give me a step by step guide on how I can get my own forum booted up? I have purchased the license, but I have zero idea as to how to get the ball rolling. I just want a basic front end website with a forum. The forum is more important because it's going to be home to an old community that were forced off ZETA due to their tapatalk takeover.

I'm not bothered about having default skins and basic stuff for the time being. I just want to know how to get webspace and set the forum up. Is there a step by step guide anywhere for this? Thanks so much for any help.
