[Bug / Issue] Users being logged out constantly

Hi all,
We have just installed a fresh VB 5 on our Linux Apache v2.4.10 server and having issues with users constantly being logged out. It seems that users are logged out every few seconds. We have checked our logout threshold and it is currently at 20 minutes. We are having the same issue with the Admin CP and being logged out before we can perform any actions. It's also super glitched, as shown in the screenshot below.

We do have Cloudflare CDN on our main site but have excluded our forum, so there is currently no cache.

Any help would be hugely appreciated! Also attached some of our stats, not sure if that's helpful.

What are the values for your cookie prefix in the /config.php and /core/includes/config.php files? They should be the same?

Also upload the /core/install directory and then upload tools.php into /core/install. You can find tools.php in the do_not_upload directory of your vBulletin download package. Open tools.php in your browser. Enter your customer ID. Then choose the options to reset the Cookie Path and Cookie Domain. These should be reset back to their defaults.
