SQL query tables

Hi,

I'm looking for sql queries that can fetch info like :

- user posts including content/body
- nodes (channels) and sub-nodes(sub-channels)
- user profile attributes

Does anyone know the names of these tables?

- node, contenttype, text
- node, contenttype, channel. In order to get the heirarchy, you need to query the closure table.
- user, usertextfield, userfield (the last is for custom profile fields)
