[Bug / Issue] Statistics not showing new member after registered

Hello,
My board have member registered over 3 days but at Statistics still not showing up this new member, also when i looked at User Manager > User Awaiting Moderation this new member not show up here still. Please tell me how to figure out of this problem.
I might setting not correct some how?

Users Awaiting Moderation aren't counted. They will be counted when they are moved to the Registered Usergroup.
