[Bug / Issue] Notices target channels faulty after upgrade from 4.2.5 to 5.4.4

I had some active notices on specific forum categories when upgrading from 4.3.5 to 5.4.4 and after the upgrade they pointed to the wrong channels. So, there must be some bug in the upgrade process when migrating the notices.

For me it is not a problem anymore (ive already fixed it) but maybe others have the same problem. So, i personally do not need help with this.

This may be due to the way nodes are done in vBulletin 5. Each of your forums gets a new node id.
