You need to ask your hosting provider what the exact path for ImageMagick is on your server and use that in the options.

Note, that any image that must be resized will be stored as a JPEG (no animation, no transparency) so you need to make sure your animated GIF images fit the limits specified under Attachments -> Attachment Storage Type.

You need to make sure the path is correct under Settings -> Options -> Image Settings. Currently the option is either empty or has / which means that ImageMagick is installed in the root directory of the server. I can pretty much guarantee that this isn't the case. For example, on the linux portion of my machine, imagemagick binaries are stored in /usr/bin/.

Your hosting provider verified the link and allows you to execute programs from within PHP?

Only your hosting provider can give you the specific path for your specific server. We can only deal in General concepts. Each and every server provider configures their servers differently. This is why we ship with GD enabled. It offers the exact same capabilities to resize images in vBulletin that ImageMagick does. All resized images will be converted to JPEG.

Thanks again, I will need to double check with my hosting then.
