How to change the number of threads displaying on the main page?

I have 2 forums.

When setting up the first forum about 8 months ago, I had no trouble increasing the number of threads displaying per page from 10 up to 20.

However, I can't figure out how to do it with the new forum I just created. Has the option been removed, or have I gone completely crazy/blind?

Both are vBulletin 5 Cloud
