Ignore user function not working

Problem: Ignore function is not working (for individual registered users)

Steps to reproduce: Profile user settings -> Account Tab -> Enter usernames into the ignore list field -> click save

Expected results: Ignored users posts should not be displayed when logged in

Actual results: Ignored users posts are displayed as normal

As an aside, global ignore is working properly. Looks like https://tracker.vbulletin.com/vbulle...sues/VBV-17030

Global ignore may not be working properly. When a user is added to it, the Admin can't even see them.. Is this normal?

As far as I am aware, globally ignored users are dropped from the post stream completely.

We are using the most recent version as of the date of this post (I upgraded it before I made this thread). Global ignore is working, 'personal' ignore is not.
